Partnering up for change.
Lindy Marching Band
Babylon Cares partners up with the talented Lindy Marching Band to address topics and share critical information and statistics that relate to awareness in our community. We also extend the partnership opportunities to local businesses that would like to get involved in making an impact directly. The latest campaign had kids in the “life skills” classes in school put the information gathered on cups that were distributed at their big events at the school to spread the information to the community members in attendance.
A look at the numbers!

This decline may reflect successful efforts by the community, schools, and local organizations to combat underage drinking.

The incidence of Lindenhurst parents allowing underage drinking on their property has decreased by 20%. This decline suggests that more parents are becoming aware of the legal, health, and safety risks associated with enabling alcohol consumption among minors. It reflects a positive shift in attitudes, where parents are likely taking a stronger stance against underage drinking and recognizing their role in fostering responsible behavior.
